Tct Cocotails 2022
Featuring 18 ‘Cocotails’ in total, the new menu includes seven brand-new cocotails, along with updated recipes for some of our most popular drinks. It also includes a range of awesome brands, including Casamigo Mezcal, Moose Botanical Spirit, and Della Vite Prosecco & 77 Black (a cold brew coffee and vanilla artisan liqueur, with cardamom infused sugar). We enjoy finding new independent spirits around the world and local to our TCT homes along with some of the new up and coming global trends.
We’ve made the most of our contacts in Sri Lanka to include Premium Coconut Arrack and bring in the taste of Sri Lanka of Colombo 7 Gin – the same Sri Lankan botanical recipe as it was during the war when the distillery was asked to stop making Arrack in order to make gin for the troupes.
It’s all about our TCT Mantra: ‘Everyone is Welcome at the Table’ and that there is ‘Something for Everyone’ – this is why you’ll see our menu broken up into 2for10, 2for12.

SRI LANKAN CINNAMON OLD FASHIONED
A twist on the prohibition classic: coconut arrack infused with cinnamon, smoking bitters, Bulleit Bourbon soothed with a giant coconut ice ball.

Keeper of the Drunken Sri Lankan, a fiery mix of premium Sri Lankan Coconut Arrack (an artisanal spirit made from collecting sap high up from the coconut trees from the flowers themselves of the tree, waiting for the nectar to drip slowly into pots held to the flower), with native flavours turmeric & lime, topped with ginger beer.
