Term and Conditions

Competition – Win a Bottomless Brunch for 4 at your local TCT restaurant!

Please read these prize draw rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and you agree to them. 

Promoter details: MPS Hospitality Limited with its registered office at 59 St Paul’s Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 4JA.

Who can enter?

  • The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of The Coconut Tree and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry

  • Entries open at 11am on Thurs 21 May 2026 and close at 23:59 on Monday 25th May 2026. No further entries after this time will be considered.
  • Winners agree to take part in publicity regarding this promotion, including on social media. If winners do not want their name to be published, they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

The prize

  • The prize is for a Bottomless Brunch for you and up to 3 friends to be taken at your nominated local The Coconut Tree restaurant. There is one prize available at each of our 6 sites. 
  • The prize includes unlimited food and drink (excluding sharing Cocotails and TCT Faves) for a period of 2 hours. 
  • The prize applies to drink and food for dine in only. It cannot be used for takeaway or delivery. 
  • All food and drink must be consumed whilst at the restaurant. 
  • The prize is to be redeemed between 26/05/2026 and 31/10/2026. The prize cannot be redeemed after this date. 
  • The prize is valid for our regular Bottomless Brunch timings only – Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays Mondays only, 12pm – 6pm with last booking at 4pm. 
  • The prize can only be redeemed by the named prize winners. The named prize winners must be in attendance and may be asked to show identification.
  • All bookings must be made in advance and by emailing reservations@thecoconuttree.com and in the name of the winner.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

Winner selection and notification

  • The winners will be drawn at random on 26/05/2026.
  • The competition winners will be announced on Instagram and also sent a DM on Instagram. 
  • The winners have 14 days to claim their prize by replying to the DM, after this time if not claimed, the prize will be forfeited, and the competition winners will be re-drawn.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative. 
  • The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Changes to the competition

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and/or the prize at any time as necessary and/or if there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which impact or could impact the competition.  
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the prize at any time due to misuse. 
  • Management reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and the table can only be booked from Sunday – Friday. 

Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the prize.
